Since my childhood mindful physicality has always been present in my daily life and I would like to share that, in a small-group setting with lots of personal attention to what and how.


I discovered yoga during my dance education in the 90’s and have been practicing different yoga styles (vinyasa, ashtanga, Iyengar, hot, hatha, power, yin) ever since.


In my physical roles during my intensive period in the theatre world, I was able to apply this knowledge for my work and life.



Yoga helps me to be the best version of myself and confirms my ideas about the world.


With a sharp eye on good alignment, I would like to make each practice joyful and painless but mindfully challenging and effortlessly effective, while totally present at the very moment.


Maybe sometimes it is not totally yoga as you know it, because I combine all my other physical and ‘body-mind-centering’ knowledge into the classes.


With personal attention to different bodies and minds, I would like to help everyone practice yoga safely and effectively.


Yoga is actually a very sportive philosophy.


It opens the body’s meridian system, and calms and balances your body, your mind, and your emotions. Yoga stimulates your energy pathways and your connective tissue. And besides all that, just as a side effect, yoga has a positive influence on all our organs, blood circulation, and a good mood for the day.


You are creating space in your muscles, your joints, and your mind at the same time revitalizing your body, organs, and brain.

 It's not about becoming a topsporter or being able to do acrobatic  poses. The most important is to stay mobile and feel good in your  body to help your mind be in balance. 


You can follow all the practices within your own borders and  limitations. 


Yoga Synergy is modern yoga with a classical and anatomical twist. It's more about smart actions, intelligent movements and avoiding unnecessary physical stress. 

You could think of it as a more refined version of modern Vinyasa.


The movements are more specific, the poses more purposeful.

 There is a deep consideration given to the physiological structure and alignment of each shape.


Csilla is using the Yoga Synergy method developed by Bianca Machliss and Simon Borg-Olivier. Their deep understanding of anatomy and physiology of yoga is applied in the Yoga Synergy Yoga teacher training method.

 This practical method aims to prevent and assist in recovery of, the many musculoskeletal injuries and medical conditions that occur as a result of modern yoga and exercise practice.

My biggest pride is to welcome, every Tuesday morning, my 

91 years old father via ZOOM for the circles&more practice, while my most advanced movers enjoying the same practice finding enough interesting things to be focused on.
